The Garron Centre - Booking Procedure
To make a booking please follow the guide below:
1. Check Availability
Check availability of The Garron Centre. There is an online calendar which you can view via the "Events Calendar" item on the main menu above. This calendar shows all bookings and availablity.
2. Make a Provisional Booking and Request a Booking Form/ Terms & Conditions
Contact the bookings secretary by e-mail or telephone:

A provisional booking may be made, and held for 7 days
In the event of a computer not being available, arrangements for collection/posting will be made.
3. Complete Booking Form and Terms & Conditions Form and Return Signed
Copies plus Payment
Once the Booking Form and Terms & Conditions document have been completed and signed they must both be returned within 7 days to the bookings secretary together with agreed payment in advance.
Upon receipt of the completed forms and payment the booking will be confirmed as a firm booking and recorded on the online bookings calendar.
4. Audio Visual Hire Charges & Deposit
If use of audio-visual equipment is required hire charges must be paid at the time of booking. A refundable deposit is required for use of audio-visual equipment and for the use of the kitchen. These deposits must be paid at least 7 days prior to the event.
